Satay Ayam / Chicken Satay




SATAY AYAM


Chicken Skewer

400 Grams Boneless Chicken preferably thigh cut into small cubes

Marination :

Blend everything into a paste and mix all together with the chicken cubes

1 tbs coriander seeds

2 tbs sweet soya sauce

1 tbs oyster sauce

4 big chillies

Salt

4 shallot

4 garlic

1 cm fresh turmeric

Marinate everything for at least 30 mins




Peanut Sauce


Chilli

Roasted Peanut (Natural Peanut Butter)

Palm Sugar

Sweet Soya Sauce

Salt to taste

Keffir Lime Leaves

Lime Kencur

Chilly

Coconut Milk/water

Put all the peanut sauce ingredients to blender and blend them until you find the right consistency and put it in the pan to heat up or just let it cold
